Terms of Service
The plain clauses of the studio and the shop: what an account is, how a run is charged, how a sale is split and what a purchase delivers.
Accepting these terms
By using the service, you accept these terms.
These terms cover the studio and the shop on one account. The other legal pages — the privacy policy, the cookie policy, the refund policy, the acceptable use policy and the content and IP disclaimer — are part of this agreement.
The service is operated by the company named in the block at the end of this page. If you cannot accept these terms, do not create an account.
Your account
One person, one account, kept accurate.
Sign-up asks for your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and postal address, and a verified email is required before you can sign in. You are responsible for your credentials and for the activity under them.
An account that breaks the acceptable use policy can be suspended until the matter is reviewed.
Balance & payments
The balance is euro; the display currency is only a lens.
Top-ups land on a euro balance. The same amount can be displayed in EUR, USD, and GBP, but the stored unit never changes. The first top-up is €10.00.
A top-up is charged on the payment provider's hosted checkout; an unpaid invoice expires after 30 minutes. The balance is not a deposit and carries no interest.
Generating images
What a run costs and what happens when it fails.
A run's price is quoted before you start it: €0.03 for the base run, plus €0.02 for 2K, €0.05 for 4K and €0.03 for pro quality when you choose them. The named sum is charged from the balance in one step.
If a run fails, or some units in a batch fail, the failed part is refunded to the balance automatically, in the same operation that settles the run. Generation is capped at 10 runs per hour.
Selling in the shop
A work is sold as a single copy, at the price you name.
Publishing is free. You name the price — at least €0.01 — and the listing offers that one file as a single copy; once it sells, it leaves the shop for good.
When a sale settles, the platform keeps 15% and 85% is credited to your euro balance. The fee is frozen with the order, so later changes to the platform's cut never reprice a past sale.
Buying images
What a purchase charges and what it delivers.
A purchase is one charge from your euro balance. The preview is public and watermarked; the full file opens to you right after payment and stays available to you.
Every purchase is recorded as an order with a PDF receipt in your order history.
Ownership & licences
The work stays the maker's; the buyer receives a licence.
Publishing a work does not transfer its ownership, and buying one does not make the buyer its author. What the buyer may do with the purchased file is set out in the content and IP disclaimer.
Prohibited use
The acceptable use policy is part of these terms.
It governs what you may generate, what you may publish and how you treat other accounts — and it applies to prompts, listings and messages alike.
Refunds
Refunds follow the refund policy.
Failed generations refund themselves, automatically. Everything else — when a top-up or a purchase can be refunded, and how to ask — is in the refund policy.
Liability
The service is provided as described on its pages.
The platform runs the shop, moves the charges and credits, and keeps its fee; it is not a party to the sale itself and does not own the works on sale.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Suspension & closure
How an account or a listing can end.
A listing that breaks the rules can be removed; an account that breaks them can be blocked. Serious breaches end this agreement.
You can stop using the service at any time. What remains of your data, and for how long, is in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms follow the operator's law.
The operator is registered in Estonia, and Estonian law applies to these terms.
