Acceptable Use Policy
What you may generate, publish and send on GenImgMarket AI — and what happens when a rule breaks.
Scope
These rules cover everything you do on the service.
They apply to the prompts you run, the works you publish, the listings you write and the messages you send — through the contact form or the support email.
Generating
What you may run through the model.
Prompts must be lawful and must respect the image model's own usage policies — OpenAI renders every run. Trying to work around the limit of 10 runs per hour is abuse of the service.
Publishing
What you may put in the shop.
Publish only works you generated on the service and may sell. A listing must describe the work honestly: the file's technical facts are copied from the run and cannot be edited, and neither the price nor the wording may mislead.
Accounts
One person, one account, honestly kept.
Sign-up data must be accurate, credentials must stay yours alone, and one person keeps one account. Do not interfere with the service: no scraping, no working around the limits, no reaching into other accounts.
Enforcement
What happens when a rule breaks.
A listing can be removed; an account can be blocked while a case is reviewed. Serious breaches end the agreement under the terms. If your listing or account is affected and you disagree, write to [email protected].
Changes
The policy moves with the service.
The current text lives on this page. Continued use after a change means the changed policy applies to you.
